Join Our Team as a Senior Frontend Engineer!
Join one of our crossfunctional teams in Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds or Platforms, working remotely from Portugal. As part of our 1,000+ tech team across multiple locations, you’ll collaborate with engineers, SREs, and product teams to build scalable, highimpact solutions, while reporting to an Engineering Manager who will support your growth and impact. Youll work on a mixed tech stack based on a microservices architecture, entirely on Amazon Web Services, with opensource libs like React andor NextJS.

What you will be doing:
Leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Contributing to complex technical projects, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable software solutions.
Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and facilitating team communication
Driving innovation by encouraging new ideas, shaping software development, and collaborating closely with product management to create usercentric solutions.
Creating impact outside of your team by helping drive the Engineering strategy and contributing to crossteam collaboration through interteam working groups or community guilds, between others.
