Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct Hire
Location: 100% Remote w/ network on East or West Coast & Midwest
Reports to: Director of Sales
Travel: As needed
Comp: Expected OTE $450k/yr

Position Summary:
As an Account Executive with Executive General Adjuster experience, you will focus on large-loss adjusters such as Executive and Senior Executive General Adjusters. You’ll engage with high-profile prospects and play a key role in advancing our vision for expanding into this territory.

Your efforts will center on fieldwork: setting appointments, meeting prospects in person, attending trade shows, conferences, and events, and hosting lunch-and-learns. You'll represent the company to commercial client groups with confidence and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, an exceptional presenter, driven to build lasting client relationships, and eager to win. This role demands grit and resilience. Success requires a solid understanding of restoration services, the ability to articulate our competitive edge, and the skill to sell effectively to senior-level executives.

Requirements

Required Experience:

  • EGA Network in back pocket
  • Nurture current network that provides large loss projects
  • Attend appointments virtually, by phone and in-person with prospects
  • With clients on East Coast, West Coast and Midwest
  • Background in remediation, restoration, reconstruction, Large Loss, CAT

Expectations and Deliverables:

  • Previous experience in any of the above verticals of Multi-family, property management,  hospitality, care facilities  is preferred. 
  • Provide a clear understanding of our value proposition - what makes Critical Control different

As a national employer, we consider numerous factors when determining compensation, including the specific job responsibilities, your geographical location, and your level of experience. For this role, we estimate a target pay range and budget of [Expected OTE $450k] per annum.
