Content Marketer – Social Media
📍 Remote | 🕐 Full-Time | 🌎 Americas Time Zones Preferred
Reports to: Head of Marketing

We’re one of the fastest-growing men’s health brands in the world—and we’re looking for a Content Marketer to lead our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X. You’ll manage everything from trend scanning to posting and reporting, ensuring our voice is consistent, our storytelling is sharp, and our community is growing.

Your Week at a Glance:

  • Kick off Mondays by reviewing social trends and planning content for the upcoming week

  • Write clear, engaging copy and create or source visuals and videos

  • Schedule content across platforms using the appropriate captions, hashtags, and tone

  • Engage with the community—moderate comments, join threads, and surface insights to the product team

  • Wrap up Fridays by reporting on performance, highlighting wins/losses, and recommending adjustments

Your Tools:

  • Canva or Figma (graphics), CapCut (video), Later or Hootsuite (scheduling)

  • Google Sheets or GA4 (reporting)

  • Bonus points for sentiment analysis or AI-assisted writing tools

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social content across multiple platforms

  • A portfolio showcasing strong writing and at least one short-form video

  • Confidence running a content calendar independently

  • Excellent written English; bonus for conversational Spanish or Portuguese

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:

  • 30 consecutive days of consistent, on-schedule posting

  • 10%+ improvement in average engagement per post

  • A simple, easy-to-read performance dashboard for leadership
