Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Win-Back Sales Representative to join our team in Gjilan, Kosovo. In this role, you will be at the forefront of re-engaging churned clients, leveraging advanced AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to automate and streamline the entire win-back process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct digital sales meetings to reconnect with past clients, addressing their previous concerns and offering tailored solutions to win them back.

  • Implement multi-touch win-back campaigns, including personalized emails, special offers, and targeted ads to entice former clients to return.

  • Perform needs assessments to understand why clients left and tailor your approach to meet their current needs.

  • Maintain a client-centric approach by focusing on building trust and providing solutions that add value to the client's business.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving win-back rates.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in win-back campaigns, is beneficial but not mandatory. We prioritize the right personality and intuitive understanding of client needs.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to conduct clear needs assessments.

  • A proactive and resilient mindset, capable of turning negative experiences into positive outcomes.

  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and ambitious work environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
