Strong mature Ukrainian company specializing in performance marketing on the Google platform.

The total team is up to 100 people with an office in Kyiv. We have been on the market for already 5+ years.

The company is rapidly growing, adding new traffic sources, funnels, and verticals.
We are currently looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition Specialist, to help the company with our hiring plan.

What you will do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process primarily for Non-Tech & Marketing positions;
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels;
Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments;
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs;
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

You have:

2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements in marketing positions;
Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and global hiring processes;
Excellent usage of all necessary recruitment tools and approaches;
Deep understanding of the Affiliate marketing / Arbitrage industry.
