Job description

This role is for a highly motivated individual who can drive efficiency and innovation within our business operations. As a Business Operations Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in automation, continuous improvement, and analysis to drive operational excellence by identifying opportunity areas, streamlining processes, implementing automation solutions, and leading cross-functional projects. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives, with flexible hours to support collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to identify painpoints and operational bottlenecks
  • Lead continuous improvement projects-from problem definition to implementing solutions to measurement of results
  • Develop and implement automation workflows using AI, scripting, or low-code platforms.
  • Lead projects from ideation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
  • Use analytics tools to uncover performance trends and recommend optimizations.
  • Document processes, track project outcomes, and report impact to leadership.
  • Train and support teams on new tools and processes to drive adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks like Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Agile is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, Python).
  • Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
