Job description

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Financial Specialist (External Accounting).

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the Role:

You’ll play a key role in keeping financial operations structured, compliant, and transparent across multiple jurisdictions.
You’ll bridge internal systems, external accountants, and product teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, smooth document workflows, and reliable tax reporting.
Your expertise will help drive operational efficiency, improve cash flow visibility, and support critical business decisions through timely financial insights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting/bookkeeping in internally developed management system (1C based)
  • Prime documents workflow support (agreements, invoices, bank statements, etc)
  • Collaboration with ERP dev team: task setting, requirements description, coordination and control
  • Constant collaboration with external outsourced accountants, auditors and tax advisors
  • Tax compliance in different jurisdictions
  • Workflow and payments control
  • Cash flow management Ad-hoc report preparation by request
Required Experience:
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Work experience as an accountant for at least 2 years
  • Ability to "read" financial reports
  • Fluent English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate)
  • Excel skills Fluency in 1c User ACCA DipIFR is an additional advantage
  • Multitasking, highly organized, communicative person
