Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary: The NetSuite Administrator role has broad responsibilities including, but not limited to, working closely with functional leaders to understand their challenges, make recommendations, and provide support/guidance. This position will interact across the sales, operations, finance, purchasing, distribution teams. You are expected to have a hands-on and proactive approach.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security
  • Manage and coordinate NetSuite quarterly and annual updates.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and migrations.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite ERP to align with the continued evolution of business processes and requirements.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system, including training and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, shipping, production, manufacturing, sales, audit, and reporting.
  • Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions.
  • Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links.
  • Build custom reports and saved searches for Executive, Finance and Operations teams.
  • Customize and maintain NetSuite dashboards.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain workflows.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required Education & Experience

  • NetSuite Administration certification is highly preferred
  • 2+ years as an administrator is required performing a variety of tasks
  • Solid working knowledge of SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler
