We're looking for a strategic Product Marketing Manager who knows how to position software products that serve high-value enterprise clients in the AEC industry. If you thrive in environments where marketing directly influences growth, retention, and product direction this is your stage.

You'll be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing crafting compelling messaging, launching features that matter, and enabling go-to-market teams to speak the customer's language.

What You'll Do
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment and strong execution.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with project delivery teams, construction execs, and capital project owners.
  • Create sales enablement tools battle cards, competitive analysis, pitch decks that help deals close faster.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to gather customer insights and translate them into marketing gold.
  • Track market trends and competitor moves, ensuring our offerings stand out.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS, preferably in complex verticals like construction tech, engineering software, or capital project management.
  • Proven success building GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
  • A clear, confident communication style you can explain technical products to non-technical stakeholders with ease.
  • You understand the buying journey in industries where decisions are complex, budgets are big, and relationships matter.
  • Bonus points if you've marketed tools used by Owners, EPCs, or PMOs in large-scale infrastructure or capital-intensive projects.
