Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and expand franchise opportunities. This role is responsible for driving growth by recruiting new franchisees, supporting existing franchise owners, and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in targeted markets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective franchise partners through networking, marketing, and outreach.

  • Guide candidates through the franchise discovery and onboarding process.

  • Conduct market research to evaluate territory potential and trends.

  • Support franchisees in achieving business goals through performance analysis and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to ensure consistent brand delivery and growth.

  • Represent the company at franchise expos, industry events, and discovery days.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.

  • Knowledge of franchise operations and legal processes preferred.
