Job Description:
 
Core Responsibilities:
 1. Identifying Potential Clients:
  •  Identify and target content owner companies across various sectors, including TV channels, OTT
 channels, film studios, etc.
  •  Research and analyse the market to identify potential clients for the technology.
 2. Client Engagement:
  •  Create and maintain connections with content owners to showcase TruAD's technology.
  •  Conduct presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and capabilities of the technology.
 3. Strategic Business Development:
  •  Develop and execute effective strategies to drive business and increase sales.
  •  Identify and address the specific needs of content providers, offering customised pricing solutions.
 4. Utilising Company Experience:
  •  Leverage case studies and past experiences of the company to generate interest and close sales deals.
  •  Show case the success stories and positive outcomes of implementing TruAD's technology.
 5. Reporting and Benchmarking:
  •  Provide regular MIS updates on sales activities and performance.
  •  Benchmark against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
 6. Market Analysis:
  •  Monitor and evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  •  Stay informed about industry trends and changes, keeping the company at the forefront of
 developments in digital marketing.
 7. Technology Awareness:
  • Review new technologies relevant to digital marketing and advertising.
  •  Ensure that the company remains technologically competitive and innovative in the digital marketing space.

Job Requirements:
Experience: 10+ years in Sales Role with a Media Company or Media Buyer with a large Media Agency.
 
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Understanding of pricing and revenue models in a Media House.
  •  In-depth knowledge of advertising sales strategies and trends.
  •  Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  •  Highly data driven and strategic problem solving approach with attention to detail.
 Behavioural Competencies:
  •  Good networking skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  •  Nimble and hardworking, able to adapt to changing work scenarios.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
