About the Role

This is a hunter role, built for someone who thrives on driving net new revenue and crushing quota. As our Sales Manager – Europe, you’ll own the end-to-end sales process across the region, with a focus on generating pipeline, closing new business, and building strategic relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations leaders at modern, fast-scaling companies.

We’re looking for a high-output, high-character sales athlete who’s energized by targets and driven by outcomes. You should bring a strong personal sales playbook, sharp communication skills, and a track record that proves you know how to win—again and again.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting to proposal to close
  • Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across the region
  • Deliver compelling sales narratives to HR and Finance buyers, positioning our platform as the solution to their global workforce challenges
  • Hit (and beat) your revenue quota—we want closers, not caretakers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to land accounts and drive long-term value
  • Manage and grow channel and tech partnerships across Europe, ensuring alignment and shared revenue goals
  • Share market feedback to inform our go-to-market motion and product roadmap
  • Represent the company at industry events (both virtual and in-person)

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience—preferably in HR tech, HCM, global payroll, or workforce solutions
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or beating quota—tell us your numbers
  • A history of President’s Club wins or top-performer awards
  • A natural hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing new logos
  • Superb communication and storytelling skills—you know how to build trust and urgency
  • Passion for offensive sales strategy, a bias for action, and the grit to power through slow cycles
  • Experience co-selling or partnering with channel/tech partners is a plus
  • Fluent in English; bonus points for another European language
  • Strong familiarity with the European regulatory and business landscape
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
