Job description

We are looking for a Junior HRMS Configurator/People Analyst to join our HR CoE.
In this role, you’ll help shape and configure HR processes across the company, transforming the N-iXer lifecycle into a seamless, personalized experience.

You will be empowered and accountable for:

  • Gathering and analyzing current-state data and performance indicators to identify process gaps ahead of system implementation
  • Brainstorming and redesigning HR processes: from document flows to performance reviews and self-service forms - every step of the N-iXer journey
  • Configuring and replicating workflows and other HRMS components
  • Validating and resolving configuration issues and errors
  • Testing business scenarios and collecting UAT feedback
  • Mapping and migrating legacy and current people data
  • Supporting access setup and integration testing

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience with system configuration, people data analysis, process design and quality assurance
  • Advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel, or similar analytical tools, with strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • A proactive, reliable self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaborative settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dig deep, stay curious, and persist until the issue is fully resolved

Nice to have / Great if you also bring:

  • Hands-on involvement in implementing or configuring HRMS, ERP, CRM, or ATS platforms
  • Interest or experience in creating communication plans and creating engaging content (videos, presentations, visuals)
