This role requires someone who can take ownership, protect the CEO's time, and ensure consistent execution across priorities. You'll serve as a key operator in both business and occasional personal tasks, helping keep projects, communication, and logistics running smoothly.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and confirming client, recruiting, and team calls
Managing calendar logistics and protecting the CEO's time
Coordinating internal communication across Slack, Gmail, and CRM
Sending Zoom links and call reminders
Capturing meeting notes and tracking follow-up items
Preparing brief summaries ahead of coaching and client calls
Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines and deliverables stay on track
Assisting with presentation prep, including creating or formatting slide decks
Supporting social media by scheduling posts and engaging in comments
Supporting occasional personal tasks such as travel arrangements or online orders
Sending an end-of-day summary of completed tasks, pending items, and anything requiring review

Position Details

This is a full-time remote position
40 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Travel required 2- 3 weeks per year for events, meetings, and retreats
Pay rate is $30/hr. USD
You must reside in the United States
You must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card, and be legally permitted to work in the U.S.
You must be able to pass a background check and have a clean criminal and driving record
We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
