Role and Responsibilities: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. The individual will be required to acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously propose solutions that meet their objectives. Additionally, the role involves expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, acting as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, and playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. The Key Account Manager will also be responsible for preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts, using key account metrics, to both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a key account manager, with a strong background in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and negotiation skills are essential. A UG/PG degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field is required, along with the flexibility to work in the US Shift from 6.30 pm to 3.30 am.
