Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospective.
• Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery
• Support Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story clarity
• Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a self-organizing, cross-functional environment
• Promote continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and actionable feedback
• Shield the Scrum Team from external distractions and unplanned work
• Ensure sprint goals are met by tracking progress using Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts)
