About the role
As the Sales Manager, your role involves overseeing a remote team of Land and Expand Account Executives specializing in the Independent Animal Hospital market. Positioned as a critical component within the larger sales organization, your success hinges on maintaining focus on the team's core objectives: securing new sales and maximizing revenue from Independent hospital accounts. Your ability to address concerns, pinpoint the root causes of emerging issues, and collaboratively solve problems with your team and internal partners will be instrumental to our success. From managing the hiring process and providing hands-on coaching to joining calls, optimizing activities, developing insights, and representing the team in cross-functional initiatives, you will serve as the leader of a vital business facet for Petvisor.

  • Support the AE team through their entire sales cycle by deeply understanding customer needs and aligning them with the value of PetDesk solutions
  • Partner with SDR, marketing, product, and enablement teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving aggressive sales goals, showcasing a consistent ability to forecast accurately
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Take charge of overseeing comprehensive sales campaigns, managing the delivery process, refining messaging strategies, and providing instrumental assistance in crafting compelling sales presentations

  • About you:
  • 1+ year of sales leadership, coaching, or development of a team
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within rapidly growing, private equity, or VC-backed SaaS organizations
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas and goals for key sales metrics in an organization with a digital-first approach
  • Experience partnering with SDR organization to expand outbound ARR
  • Expertise in navigating high-growth environments, particularly in high-velocity SMB sales, with a track record of onboarding over 100 new logos monthly
  • Data-driven mindset, with a history of effectively analyzing markets and trends, anticipating shifts, and identifying opportunities to overachieve sales targets proactively
  • Proven ability to achieve a high level of forecast accuracy
