You’ll work closely with US sales teams to engage warm leads, nurture prospects, and help close high-impact deals across tech, SaaS, finance, and service industries.

We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives who are driven, confident, and skilled at converting conversations into revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and video to qualify sales opportunities
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client pain points and match solutions effectively
  • Book and manage product demos or sales presentations for Account Executives or yourself
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline progress
  • Follow up with prospects at key moments in their buying journey to improve conversion
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and workflows
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and others

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, SDR, or Account Executive (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive delivery
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while staying self-motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, lead tracking, and virtual selling tools
  • Bonus: Experience selling B2B products or services to US-based clients
  • Ability to build trust quickly and uncover business needs through discovery conversations
  • Goal-oriented with strong time management and a team-focused mindset
