Requirements

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified leads

KPI-Driven Execution

  • Consistently hit and exceed activity and conversion targets
  • Track performance metrics and take full ownership of outcomes

CRM & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and handover processes

Market Awareness

  • Understand the ideal customer profile and tailor messaging to resonate
  • Stay informed about trends in the industry and adjust outreach accordingly
