We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist who’s organized, detail-focused, and great at juggling multiple tasks. You’ll be the kind of person who takes ownership, loves solving problems, and enjoys learning new systems quickly.

You’ll work closely with us to manage and grow our presence on platforms like eBay and Amazon.

Your main responsibilities will be:

📦 Create, edit, and publish product listings across platforms
🧾 Update listings with product info, track sales, and revise sold items
📬 Add shipping tracking, print labels, and manage order-related messages
💼 Handle refunds, disputes, and customer follow-ups
🔍 Track incoming and outgoing shipments with precision
📊 Maintain Excel reports and help analyze sales data
💬 Communicate with buyers, answer questions, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience

The ideal candidate is someone who loves working behind the scenes and thrives in a detail-driven, data-focused environment. 

You enjoy organizing things, figuring out how to make processes smoother, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

You're proactive, dependable, and genuinely care about doing great work.


Working Hours : You’ll be expected to work from 8 AM to 3-4 PM Eastern Time, with flexibility for more hours if you're up for it.

Requirements

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

✅ 2 years+  of experience with Amazon listings and e-commerce platforms

✅  Experience working with High New Worth Clients

✅ Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills

✅ Comfortable editing images for product listings

✅ Fast learner with good problem-solving skills

✅ Detail-oriented and organized

✅ Excellent written communication skills in English

✅ Tech / Computer Savy

Bonus points for:

⭐ Experience managing an eBay store
⭐ Familiarity with shipping platforms like DHL and FedEx
⭐ Ability to work U.S. Eastern time beyond 3 PM
⭐ Prior experience in luxury retail or resale
⭐ Knowledge of basic video editing for product content

Benefits

What’s in it for you?

💰 Salary : $1,800 - $2,100 per month*

🕒 Full-time: Fully remote position

🌴 Paid Time Off : 20 Days per year ( after the first three months )
