Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, commission-only 1099 Sales Representative to sell Firnal’s precision targeting and marketing solution. You’ll be paid monthly based on a percentage of the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) you close and maintain.

Average deal size: $20,000/month in MRR

Payout: Commission paid monthly based on active client MRR

Earnings Potential: $175,000–$250,000+ in year one

Requirements

Required:

  • An active, qualified book of business in marketing, SaaS, or agency sales
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, data, or advertising technology)
  • History of closing high-ticket monthly recurring deals ($10,000+ MRR)
  • Experience working in a commission-only environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
