At Oxford Medical Simulation, we’re transforming healthcare training through cutting-edge medical simulation technology. Our immersive, VR-based learning solutions empower healthcare professionals and students to practice clinical decision-making in realistic scenarios - anytime, anywhere.

As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales engine by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across higher education and healthcare providers in the United States and United Kingdom. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to create pipeline and expand our global reach.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact in edtech and digital health, with huge growth potential as the company scales.

Who you are:

  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach with autonomy

  • Familiar with cold outreach and discovery conversations

  • Knowledgeable about HubSpot CRM and outreach tools (e.g. Outreach, Sales Navigator, Clay)

  • A collaborative team player who offers feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience

Bonus if you have:

  • 1 - 2 years of BDR experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, edtech or healthcare

  • Understanding of healthcare education or clinical training

  • Experience selling to universities, nursing schools, hospitals or sim centers

  • A background in health sciences, education, or digital learning


What you will be doing:
Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • Identify and prioritize prospects in healthcare education and training
  • Launch and manage multichannel outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, events)
  • Use insight-driven messaging to spark interest and book discovery calls/demos

Qualification & Handoff


  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand needs and readiness
  • Map stakeholders, budget cycles, and integration needs
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads smoothly

Sales Process & Data Management

  • Keep detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
