  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
