Job Description

As an SDR in this exciting medical device distribution startup, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting innovative healthcare solutions with medical practices nationwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend sales skills with healthcare industry knowledge, making a tangible impact on patient care. You’ll use your communication prowess to engage with medical professionals, generate quality leads, and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outreach to medical practices through cold emails and messaging portals
  • Research and identify potential doctor clients across various geographical regions and specialties
  • Craft compelling initial pitches to generate interest in our cutting-edge medical device product lines
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize our established system to efficiently connect with thousands of clinics
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and lead statuses in our CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Adapt outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback


Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in cold emailing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional internet research abilities for identifying and qualifying potential clients
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and aligning with US Eastern Time business hours
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with potential for expanded responsibilities over time
