Job Description

We're looking for an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take full responsibility for delivering excellent service to our clients in the international health sector. In this role, you'll manage service quality, improve service offerings, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Handling security-related topics, including ESARIS, ISO standards, and various technical systems
  • Managing NSSR processes, including developing solutions and costing

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service delivery using ITIL practices (incident, problem, and change management)
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) – for direct communication with clients
  • Fluent in English – for internal team collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with service management and ITIL processes
