Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power., At least 2 years of industrial sales experience within Fluid Power., Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred., Strong verbal and written communication skills..

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to identify new business prospects.
  • Manage full cycle sales activities including lead qualification, cold calling, presentations, quotations, and closing sales.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to plan and manage territory and time effectively.
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals.

Essential Functions
  • Work with your leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list to capture new business
  • Full cycle sales activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations, writing quotations, and closure of sales.
  • Utilization of tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
  • Collaborate with knowledgeable customer service and technical support teams who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals

  • Experience, Education, Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline OR a 2-year technical degree, preferably in Fluid Power; OR any suitable combination of education, training, and work experience
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience within Fluid Power
  • Application and troubleshooting experience with fluid power products and systems is preferred
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
