Job description

As the Sales Representative for Oregon, you will play a key role in sales of Screw Products, Inc. (SPI) products to retailers and wholesalers/distributors. Your main task is to maintain and expand the business in Oregon through long-term relationships with existing new partners and customers, growing sales and ultimately contributing to the overall growth of the organization.  

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and develop SPI product sales for retail and wholesale/distribution customers and partners throughout the state of Oregon
  • Nurture and grow accounts by ensuring strong relationships with customers
  • Identify and navigate profitability opportunities in different sales channels
  • Understand customer needs, including technical requirements, company policies and purchasing culture
  • Analyze sales challenges and find creative solutions to overcome objections
  • Work independently while collaborating closely with the Group Sales teams in North America and Denmark

You will be trained properly by the current sales representative for Oregon as well as by the Group Sales team.
