Job description

Bilingual Customer Service Representative provide empathetic yet effective solutions to our clients regarding our platform and services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answer questions or queries from users regarding the page, through the different service channels (Calls, messaging or emails).
  • Answer questions about the reservation process.
  • Manage reservation cancellation.
  • Collect personal information from customers who call to make reservations.
  • Lean on rental companies to resolve security deposit refund concerns.

Requirements:

  • Full weekend availability.
  • 2 days off on weekdays (to be negotiated).
  • B2 - C1 English level.
  • Bilingual administrative, commercial, or customer service experience (+1 year).
