Job description

This is a remote position.

Position Description: The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a project run smoothly. They support the Project Manager by managing logistics, timelines, communication, and documentation, helping to keep the project on track and aligned with its objectives. While they may not have overall responsibility for project outcomes, they play a critical role in ensuring that the team stays organized and focused on its goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and project milestones.
  • Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Resource Management:
  • Assist in the allocation and management of project resources (e.g., materials, personnel).
  • Ensure that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain and organize project-related documents, including reports, contracts, and communication records.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Liaison:
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the project manager, stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
  • Facilitate smooth communication by ensuring the flow of information is clear and timely.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report any issues or delays.
  • Update project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to reflect the current status of tasks.
  • Risk Management Support:
  • Help identify potential project risks and issues.
  • Work with the Project Manager to develop solutions and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Budget Support:
  • Assist with tracking project expenses and managing the budget.
  • Ensure that costs are kept within the project’s financial limits.
  • Support Project Execution:
  • Assist with the execution of project plans and tasks as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Help troubleshoot issues or challenges that arise during the execution phase.
  • Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Help monitor the quality of work and ensure deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Conflict Resolution: Work with internal teams to resolve project conflicts.
  • Prioritization: Help set priorities for project requirements
  • Criteria Development: Assist in defining project criteria and goals.
  • Solution Delivery: Offer effective solutions for project challenges.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, including team meetings and client briefings.
  • Document meeting minutes and track action items to ensure follow-up.
  • Documentation and Organization
  • Organize Assets: Maintain a well-organized library of files, assets, and constant management and update of documentation to ensure that all project components are easy to access and update.
  • Efficient Project Tracking: Keep detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final deliverables for each project to facilitate smooth handovers and ensure project transparency.
  • Any Other Related Tasks
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Any other responsibilities that may require assistance, within NKR, that are in line with the ID’s skillset and work experience

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  Eastern Standard Time


Salary:

Php 25,000 - 35,000 NET
