We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search team. This role focuses on identifying and securing top-tier leadership talent for our organization and clients. You'll play a crucial role in building high-performing teams through strategic recruitment and thorough candidate assessment.
What You'll Do
Design and implement targeted search strategies to identify executive and senior-level talent.
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Lead salary negotiations and manage the complete offer process for successful placements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and leverage professional networks to source high-caliber candidates.
Research and analyze market trends to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and meet specific hiring requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience (Mandatory).
Advanced level of English with exceptional communication skills (Mandatory).
Experience recruiting for the US market.
Experience working in remote environments.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent analytical and assessment skills.
