We’re seeking a driven Internal Technical Recruiter to join our growing tech team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to evaluate top technical talent, and wants to make a direct impact on scaling high-performing teams. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and product roles—owning everything from sourcing and interviewing to strategy and candidate experience.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, product, and data

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

  • Conduct structured interviews to assess technical skills and team fit

  • Source passive talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern platforms

  • Own candidate engagement from first touch to offer, maintaining strong communication

  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve speed, quality, and experience

✅ What You Bring
  • 2–3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (in-house or agency)

  • Proven ability to assess technical talent across engineering, data, or product domains

  • Strong organizational and communication skills—verbal, written, and async

  • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar

  • Available to work core EST hours with flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration
