At the heart of the recruitment team for the public sector (Ministries and Government Agencies, etc.), the senior recruiter will share his expertise in Information Technology to support the team in place. He will particularly distinguish himself by ensuring the recruitment of the profiles required for calls for tenders and requests for intervention in the same way as the other recruiters.
Ensure the recruitment of the profiles required for calls for tender and requests for intervention;
Follow the process in place and ensure continuous improvement of the system (from posting to candidate placement);
Share best recruitment practices with team recruiters (Posting, Communication, Headhunting, Interviewing and Closing);
Train recruiters on various information technology (IT) profiles;
Be committed to providing high-end customer service to candidates;
Be meticulous in preparing application files to ensure compliance with requirements;
Be an example of updating, managing and optimizing candidate databases;
Perform any other related tasks.
Profil
EXPERIENCE
More than 4 years of experience in recruitment: complete process;
More than 3 years of experience in specialized IT recruitment;
More than 1 year of experience in recruitment in response to calls for tender and requests for intervention for the public sector (ministries, recruitment agencies, etc.)
KNOWLEDGE
Mastery of MS 365;
Excellent knowledge of different profiles in information technology (IT) ;
Good understanding of how calls for tenders work with government institutions;
