Telephone Account Manager - Remote, UK 


Location: Home-based

Experience: B2B sales expertise is a must

Reporting to: Sales Manager


As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Telephone Account Manager to join our team. You will be based remote, with some ad hoc travel to our Milton Keynes and/or London offices for trainings and meetings. 

Joining us as a Telephone Account Manager (TAM) at Rightmove, you'll manage a designated high volume account base day to day and achieve activity, growth and customer satisfaction targets. You will achieve these targets through identifying sales opportunities, delivering excellent service and proving value to maximise the retention of existing accounts and spend. Prospecting for new business, appointing meetings as well as winning new customers.


What you’ll do:

  • Be the voice of Rightmove: Engage with a high-volume portfolio of existing commercial clients (approx. 150+), building strong relationships over the phone and through video calls.
  • Embed value: Use your expertise to interpret performance data to deliver value for our partners.
  • Support and educate: Identify training opportunities and deliver impactful sessions to help our partners thrive.
  • Drive success: Hit weekly KPIs, boost retention, and make a difference with every call.
  • Share the wins: Collaborate with internal teams and share insights that shape our product offerings.
  • Own your impact: Keep CRM records sharp, spot new prospects, and share the Rightmove magic.
