Internal Technical Recruiter

We're looking for an Internal Technical Recruiter to help scale our fast-growing tech organization. You'll own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, data, and product roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive speed and quality. If you're confident interviewing technical talent, juggling multiple reqs, and creating top-tier candidate experiences—we want to talk.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles

  • Conduct structured, skills-based technical interviews

  • Source and engage passive talent using ATS and sourcing tools

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and strategy

  • Track metrics and optimize for time-to-fill and candidate quality

  • Maintain high-touch candidate communications throughout the process

  • 2–3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a staffing or in-house environment

  • Proven ability to assess engineering, product, or data candidates

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Ability to work Eastern hours, with some flexibility across time zones
