Our clients include leading brands such as Equinox, Holmes Place, Red Bull Racing, Four Seasons and 100+ research centers and universities.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a key player in our team, working with leading health and wellness companies in the US and Europe. We are looking for a customer-focused Account Manager to join our team as the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing client relationships, facilitating clear communication, and delivering outstanding support throughout their experience with PNOĒ. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our partnerships, handling complex inquiries and resolving issues, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
  • Onboarding: Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, from receiving their device to utilizing our services
  • Subscription Renewal: Manage subscription renewals for clients, ensuring continued service and satisfaction beyond the initial contract period, while identifying opportunities for upselling
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (support, operations, marketing, production, product) to address client needs
  • Data Management and CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate client information in CRMs, including spreadsheets, Hubspot, and Notion, to streamline operations and ensure smooth communication

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Background in Health Sciences, Sport and Exercise Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Sports Management, Physiotherapy or related fields
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with our primarily US-based clientele
  • Work Experience: Previous experience involving client communication, problem-solving, and sales experience
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC literacy, with proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Work Location: Kifisia, Athens, Greece
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 00:00 EET
