Position Summary

Dynatron Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and play a vital role in helping our company achieve ambitious growth targets. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, contacting potential customers, and collaborating closely with the sales team to nurture potential opportunities. Dynatron leverages outbound sequencing software to streamline and automate your tasks, enabling you to work more efficiently and maximize your results. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to build their prospecting skills, advance their sales career, and have fun while doing it.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, generate, qualify, and follow up on leads, consistently achieving lead generation call goals and appointment quota
  • Utilize lead generation techniques through a variety of mediums such as email, phone, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Effectively communicate and present Dynatron solutions and our value proposition to potential customers
  • Set appointments for the sales team
  • Work closely with the sales team to nurture any potential leads opportunities
  • Effectively collaborate with the Lead Generation Team and provide feedback to improve strategies and processes
  • Deliver consistent, clear, and accurate communication, both internally and externally 
  • Stay informed about new industry regulations, product updates, solution enhancements, and emerging trends
  • Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry in the CRM system (Sugar)

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in SDR or similar role, ideally in SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written skills; able to connect with diverse prospects.
  • Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with SaaS/data platforms is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn.

Compensation: 

  • $50,000 - $55,000 annual base salary
  • Plus competitive commission package with no cap
