Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions related to account management, platform features, and streaming services
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Provide users with information about promotional offers, playlists, and new features
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform changes and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the music or tech industry
