Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support in Polish via email, phone, and chat
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to our VR and AR products and services
  • Document all interactions and solutions in our customer management system
  • Work closely with the technical team to resolve complex client issues
  • Guide clients on how to effectively use our products for optimal experiences
  • Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement of our offerings
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product developments

Requirements
