Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer a challenging opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for an Online Retail Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries about products and orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process and support them with any questions regarding payments and shipping.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including logistics and product management, to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product offerings, company policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts in service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
