Job description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary Services Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide dedicated support to our Portuguese-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to veterinary services and pet care.

Your fluency in Portuguese will enable you to communicate effectively with pet owners, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and expertise. You will play a critical role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients and their beloved pets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding veterinary services
  • Assist clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and follow-up care instructions
  • Effectively resolve client issues and concerns related to veterinary services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Educate clients on pet care products and services offered
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure clients receive comprehensive support
  • Gather feedback to help improve our veterinary services and customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a compassionate approach
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in veterinary or healthcare services, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and providing quality service to pet owners
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
