  • Continuously optimize outreach campaigns by testing subject lines, CTAs, and touchpoints.

Job description

Role Overview We're looking for a results-driven GTM Specialist/Strategist to be part of our outbound team, drive pipeline growth, and align outreach with Devsinc’s go-to-market (GTM) objectives in the Global Marketing Department. You will play a strategic and executional role in identifying opportunities, generating qualified leads, and refining messaging across channels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Build and execute outbound strategies for high-growth verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, eCommerce, etc.) Develop persona-specific messaging for Devsinc’s core offerings:

  • Staff Augmentation
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Mobile & Web Development

Cybersecurity Define ICPs, craft outreach sequences, and set up automated campaigns using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and HubSpot, Dripify, HeyReach etc
Manage pipeline tracking, lead qualification, and reporting via Power BI or CRM dashboards
Continuously test and optimize subject lines, CTAs, and touch-points across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and inbox placement; manage mailbox infrastructure

Qualification:
Requirements 2+ years of experience in SDR, GTM, or Outbound Strategy roles (B2B SaaS/IT preferred)
Proven success running large-scale outreach campaigns (100k+ monthly volume)
Strong understanding of lead segmentation, funnel stages, and account-based strategy
Hands-on experience with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools for performance analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Required Skills:
Preferred Qualifications Experience targeting regions such as US, UK, Europe and MENA regions.
Knowledge of cold email compliance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up protocols)
