About the role

We are looking for a lawyer with strong legal background, exceptional legal research skills, and a passion for organizing and optimizing knowledge, to join our Knowledge Management team. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and skilled at collaborating with diverse teams, then this role is for you!

Requirements

As a member of our Knowledge Management Team, you will:

  • Monitor and report on legal developments and trends relevant to the firm’s practice areas;
  • Assist in the preparation of legal newsletters, bulletins, and other publications;
  • Manage the firm’s legal subscriptions;
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues;
  • Draft, review, and update legal documents, precedents, and templates;
  • Develop and maintain the firm’s knowledge management systems;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient delivery of legal services.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Qualification to act as a Greek lawyer through Greek law degree and bar admission;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Strong research and analytical skills;
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and knowledge management systems;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
