Attorney (Licensed in Maryland) – Remote with Required In-Person Hearings
Location: Remote (within Maryland, with in-person court appearances)

About Stillman Law Office:
Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation. We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Maryland. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely but requires in-person court appearances across the state of Maryland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Maryland as required.
  • Conduct legal research, review case materials, and draft pleadings and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful case management while meeting deadlines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, contributing to case strategies and updates.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and capable of multi-tasking effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a large caseload while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
    • Delaware
    • Michigan
    • Connecticut
    • New Hampshire
    • Massachusetts
    • Virginia
    • Washington, D.C.

Interview Process:
