About the role:

As we continue to grow and expand our resources and ability to deliver high end services, we are now recruiting an experienced lawyer for our banking & finance team who will have the opportunity to handle and lead workstreams of milestone banking and finance engagements.

As an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer you will:

Be part of the Banking & Finance Team, focused on a wide spectrum of market leading banking and finance assignments;
Lead teams of associates and project manage various workstreams
Assume key role in designing and negotiation of transaction structures
Have direct contact and interaction with regulatory authorities
Obtain direct client exposure and opportunity to assume responsibility on technical and business aspects of delivered services

Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

At least 4 years of working experience in banking and financial transactions

Vision to become highly qualified and recognized practitioner in banking and finance law

Excellent interpersonal skills

Organisational skills and attention to detail

Resilience, Commitment

Continuous learning and development mindset

Positive attitude and team-work spirit

Excellent command of business English
