Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Amazon FBA Focus

Full-Time | Remote

LoftyHire is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for Amazon FBA sellers and a critical force behind the clients outbound sales strategy.

The SDR will own outreach, follow-up, and CRM management,  ensuring the sales team's calendar stays filled with qualified leads. If you're persuasive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to Amazon FBA sellers across the U.S. using provided scripts to introduce our offer and directly book them onto our closers calendars.
  • Follow-Ups: Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email,  handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
  • CRM Ownership: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
  • Calendar Coordination: Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in outreach or scheduling processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, no lead or task falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
