Then you might be our next Product Manager for the Web team here at YAZIO!

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.

Your Mission
  • Own and optimize the performance of our web-based conversion funnels, from first click to subscription, helping turn millions of curious visitors into happy YAZIO users
  • Define and prioritize A/B testing initiatives that drive improvements across acquisition channels, tailoring experiences to different user intents and journeys
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Marketing to design, ship and analyze experiments at a fast pace and high impact
  • Develop a deep understanding of funnel performance across paid, partnership, organic and CRM channels and translate insights into actionable hypotheses
  • Embrace personalization and explore how AI tools can enhance user experiences, build dynamic onboarding flows and maximize conversion
  • Own the roadmap for critical conversion pathways and establish web-specific processes and systems that scale with our ambitions
  • Help shape a new and fast-evolving area of our product by leaning into challenges, working autonomously and making smart bets with high impact
Your Profile

  • You have solid experience as a Product Manager in consumer-facing, subscription-based products, preferably in health, lifestyle or other mobile-first digital categories
  • You’ve owned mobile-first conversion or onboarding funnels and know how to drive meaningful improvements through A/B testing, growth experimentation and user-centric design
  • You’re analytical and data-savvy, able to break down performance metrics, generate actionable insights and work closely with Data and Analytics teams
  • You’re pragmatic and impact-oriented; you love rolling up your sleeves, getting MVPs out the door quickly and learning from real users
  • You bring a collaborative approach: you're comfortable working with engineers, designers and marketers to align on goals and build unified user experiences
  • You’re excited about AI and have explored LLM-powered tools to ideate, accelerate workflows or enhance your product thinking
  • You’re curious, proactive and growth-minded, driven to improve not just the conversion rates, but also the way we think about acquiring and onboarding users
  • For senior candidates: You’re comfortable leading A/B testing strategies end-to-end, distilling OKRs into initiatives and mentoring other team members when needed
