Job Details

The Sr. Director of Corporate Accounts will be a highly strategic, results-driven commercial leader responsible for accelerating national growth within Haemonetics’ largest GPO and IDN customers. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing the national corporate account strategy for our Interventional Technologies business by leveraging the full value of our differentiated product portfolio to expand market share and drive profitable growth.

This role requires a seasoned medical device professional with a proven track record of strategic account leadership, complex contract negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, deep understanding of the GPO/IDN landscape, and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders across both customer and internal organizations.

The Sr. Director of Corporate Accounts will lead a team of director-level professionals and work in close partnership with sales AVPs, Regional Sales Directors (RSDs), and Account Managers (AMs) to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives. This includes championing our economic value messaging, securing Value Analysis Committee (VAC) approval, and ensuring successful contract implementation and compliance.

Success in this role will be measured by national account growth, new agreement execution, customer satisfaction, and alignment with strategic business objectives. The Sr. Director of Corporate Accounts must be viewed as a credible, ethical, and trusted advisor who drives value for both customers and patients.

Essential Duties

Strategic Pricing & Contracting

  • Create and execute pricing governance to support strategic deal flow; chair the pricing committee.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop and implement portfolio-level pricing strategies that optimize ASP, gross margin %, and total revenue.

  • Collaborate with Contracts, Sales, and Finance to define and execute contracting strategies in alignment with financial objectives and contract terms.

  • Monitor pricing bands and performance, ensuring adherence to pricing strategies and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

Corporate Accounts Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the U.S. GPO/IDN growth strategy in partnership with Sales and Commercial Strategy & Operations.

  • Lead business planning efforts to secure new GPO/IDN agreements and expand footprint in existing contracts.

  • Analyze and report on national account performance; develop improvement plans and best practices based on insights.

  • Lead creation and execution of strategic national target account programs; track and refine based on performance.

Strategic Account Leadership & Growth

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic GPO/IDN relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and driving long-term value creation.

  • Lead efforts to present and gain approval of economic value through VAC processes using customized value calculators and tools.

  • Leverage the full product portfolio to drive adoption, differentiation, and contract wins at national accounts.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment across pricing, contracting, sales, and marketing.

  • Represent the Corporate Accounts function in senior-level strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

BA/BS - Required

MBA or Equivalent - Preferred

Experience

12+ Years: Medical sales, market development, HealthCare Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Corporate and National Accounts Management
