Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Talent Sourcing Specialist  in Brazil.

Talent Acquisition specialist focus on build processes, actions and partnerships for inclusive practices to enhance the organization's ability to attract, hire, and retain talents. This is a transition role that involves analyzing recruitment metrics, fostering partnerships with external organizations and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives that promote inclusion throughout the hiring process on cluster level – Brazil.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with inclusive sourcing organizations, colleges, universities and community groups.
  • Identify and engage potential partners that can supply a diverse range of candidates to ensure a wide selection of talent.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to diversity in the workforce and identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the organization's culture and sense of belonging as also training and tools guidance to foster best practices and upskilling hiring teams.
  • Continuously iterate on strategies and processes to foster diversity outcomes based on data-driven insights and pipeline opportunities.
  • Analyze talent acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of belonging recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate insights and progress towards.

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Portuguese & Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
