About your tasks: 

  • Independent management of the entire recruiting process for Customer Service & Experience roles. 
  • Development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies, including active sourcing and building talent pools. 
  • Strategic collaboration with hiring managers and continuous optimization of recruitment processes. 
  • Strengthening customer satisfaction and supporting the sustainable growth of Redcare Pharmacy through targeted recruiting. 

Qualifications

About you: 

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on Customer Service, Customer Experience, or IT Support. 
  • A passion for close collaboration with business departments and the ability to inspire both candidates and hiring managers as a trusted partner. 
  • A keen sense for identifying service-oriented personalities and the ability to attract talents who align with our vision and values. 
  • A structured, independent way of working combined with the motivation to contribute fresh ideas for the continuous development of our recruiting strategies. 
  • Fluency in German and very good English skills; knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not a requirement.
