Job Summary:
Centric Software is looking for a hands-on Manager to lead global sales commission accounting and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate and timely commission calculations, compliance with IFRS 15 and SOX controls, and oversees monthly reconciliations and reporting. Reporting to the Director of Technical Revenue Accounting & Sales Compensation, you'll manage the Sales Compensation Team and drive best practices in a fast-paced, public company environment. Strong attention to detail, ownership, and effective communication are key to success as set by the Director, Technical Revenue Accounting & Global Sales Compensation.
